1. Adjustable Vent Technology: Different produce has different breathing needs. For moisture-loving items like spinach or kale, close the vents to trap humidity. For items that ripen quickly (like strawberries), open the vents to allow ethylene gas and excess moisture to escape.

2. Elevated Drain Colander: Each container features a removable inner basket. This serves two purposes: it allows you to wash your veggies directly in the container, and it keeps the food elevated away from any dripped-down water, preventing the rot that starts at the bottom of the pot.
